One of the interesting stories her grandchildren shared with us is about the abundance of food in our country compared to the Ukraine.

For instance: here, our shelves are full of foods of every variety - there, perhaps one box of selected foods.

Here, we have gondolas full and running over of fruits. There, one box. Here, multiple varieties of bread. There, ... well you get the picture!

We are so blessed with the abundance of everything. I wish every person in every country could enjoy the same abundance.

Sadly, many are starving - many are never filled - many go to sleep at night with a gnawing stomach.

Now, don't misunderstand me. I don't feel guilty for the way God has blessed our country. It is my belief that God would similarly bless other peoples if their governments allowed freedom of worship so the people could seek God.

He promised to "heal" the land of those who would humble themselves before His throne.

My prayer is that America will never turn her heart away from God for if she does, the blessing cease!
