JESUS WAKED ON ICE??

Well, here it is almost Easter (resurrection) and some lame brained Florida State Professor of Oceanography by the name of Doron Nof, has come up with the novel idea that Jesus walked on ice and not water. WOW!! Makes you wonder what kind of fruit juice these people drink.
He, and his buddies, hypothesize that the Sea of Galilee had floating ice patches every 12,000 years or so. It just happened on that stormy night, recorded in the New Testament, that the temperature plummeted creating ice patches exactly in the area of the lake where Jesus happened to be walking. (How can these people be taken seriously?)
Consider this: The Sea of Galilee is BELOW sea level. That means it’s BELOW the freezing level.
And this: Peter walked to Jesus on the water (oops, I mean the ice) but, unfortunately for him, ran out of ice surface just before he reached Jesus. Drats!! Don’t you just hate it when that happens!!
And this: It was a storm (heaving sea) Jesus wore sandals (did you ever step on ice with leather soles) and he escorted Peter back to the boat over the very area where Peter began to sink.
It’s unbelievable that this Professor has any credibility. He states in his report: "In today's climate, the chance of springs ice forming in northern Israel is effectively zero, or about once in more than 10,000 years.” (How do you like that for a disclaimer?)
Isn’t it convenient that this bit of scientific nonsense just happened to hit the news a few days before Christians celebrate the resurrection of Jesus, which is the greatest miracle of all?
I choose to believe the Bible.

I pray the Lord blesses you today.
